Americans, Europeans, Asians, and Africans might have a different cultural background, and they might have different lifestyles, but yet they all share the same Forex market and equally enjoy trading currencies and other assets. The market merged into a global industry, and it became hard to tell one market apart from another one. Nevertheless, traders around the world are looking for security, and most feel safe when they are trading in a market that is regulated.
Many prefer European brokers, especially UK Forex companies since they believe that those brokers are the most reliable on a global level. Despite that, traders can never be sure that a broker from England will behave the same in Africa as in the UK. Brokers are also looking to circumvent the rules where they can. Therefore, it takes utmost care to check on the regulation in one’s own country and the reputation of a broker. This Nexsus Financial Markets review concerns a UK broker who is known in the industry for trustworthiness, reliability, and a good overall performance. Maybe this is a broker you would like to check out even if you are in a distant country. Let us see what this broker has to offer in the mixed market.

General Info
The company is a branch company of the London Abshire-Smith Global Ltd., one of the biggest Forex empires in the UK. Nexsus Financial Markets was established in 2013 and can be considered relatively new in the industry, but luckily, Abshire-Smith broke the ice two years earlier in 2011 and made the broker look good from the beginning. Nexsus is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority in the UK (FCA) which is guided by the motto “Every client matters” and enables a safe trading environment for all market participants. We can only wonder what the market would look like if the proper authorities were not in place. The FCA makes sure that Nexsus and other capital market entities play by the rules in the highly competitive market. The FCA requires regular reports on transactions, business conduct, and capital turnover.
Nexsus Platforms
Nexsus, as a broker with exquisite taste, opted for the Meta Trader 4 platform, which classifies as a powerful and innovative platform and enables thousands of traders to simultaneously operate on multiple accounts. The platform generates dozens of different assets and lets you track the market’s past and history. The available tools and features help traders to calculate the price values and estimate the market. The platform is SSL secured so that your data stay protected and private. Internet safety plays a big role in the market, and traders need security wherever they can get it. If you want to have access to your trades anywhere and anytime, just download the Nexsus mobile app where you have the same conveniences as on the desktop version.
Account Types
Nexsus provides four different types of accounts to meet the different needs of its traders. These are:
- Micro account ($250 min. deposit)
- Standard account (up to 1:400 leverage, 1.8 pips)
- Advanced account ($100,000 deposit required)
- ECN account ($2,000 min. deposit)
The first three accounts do not come with a commission, while the ECN account requires a 6$ fee. The Micro account is, of course, the most affordable with a $250 deposit and a minimum volume lot of 0.01. Spreads start at 2 pips, and the leverage is 1:400. The maximum deposit is $2000, and that is where the next account starts, the Standard account. The Standard account has lower spreads, e.g. 1.8 pips with a minimum trade size of 0.1 lot. The leverage can go up to 1:400, but not necessarily. The Advanced account is for true professionals who have the courage to deposit $100,000. The minimum trade size is 0.1 lot, and the leverage is 1:100. The Advanced account provides for very competitive spreads, e.g. 1 pip. The ECN account, the only commission account, requires a deposit of $2,000 and there is no maximum deposit. The leverage is 1:100, and the minimum trade size is 0.1. We see that variety of choice is not a problem we could have with Nexsus who covered for all types of budgets and trading types.
Nexsus Bonus
Unfortunately, the broker does not provide a bonus, just like its establisher Abshire-Smith. Traders feel often disappointed when a broker does not include any bonuses or promotions since they could use every buck to enhance their trading.
Funding Methods
The broker offers several payment options to its customers. If you want to deposit, you can use bank wire, Credit Cards, or Skrill. The broker does not offer more e-wallets since they believe that Skrill is only safe enough for their clients’ funds. Withdrawal processing takes up to 1 business day and there is a downloadable withdrawal form on their website to request a withdrawal.
Customer Support
Nexsus tries to maintain a polite and efficient customer support, and so far, they have been successful. For any information, you can contact the friendly Nexsus support team via phone, e-mail, live chat, and an online request form on their website.
