You can lose 5% daily in both challenges. When it comes to the overall loss, the Regular Challenge is capped at 12%, and the HFT Challenge at 10%.

There are no maximum trading days at the Paradise Capital Challenges. The Regular Challenge requires you to trade for at least 1 day. The HFT Challenge requires a minimum of 5 trading days.

Consistency Rule
Trade for a minimum of 5 days before withdrawing. Trades under 0.01 lots or very short trades aren’t valid.
No single trade or day can contribute more than 50% to your total profit.
Maintain your trade sizes within a range determined by your average trade size.
If your trades don’t meet the consistency rule and you request a payout, it will be rejected. Your funded account balance will then be reset.
